Transformation
In 2022, Neo underwent a leadership change, with a new management team bringing 20+ years of experience in international consulting.
The result was a complete strategic overhaul, the launch of new service lines, and the expansion of our team with experts experienced in executing international projects. This transformation led to a sharp increase in revenue and a stronger standing in the RAEX ranking of leading consulting firms – with Neo climbing 11 positions in 2023 alone.
Reaching this new level also called for a refreshed visual and brand identity. As part of this evolution, we not only redesigned our logo but also completely redefined our brand platform.
Origins & Growth
Neo helped shape the valuation and engineering industries in Russia. The company was founded in 1997 under the name Independent Expert Valuation. As its range of services expanded, only the abbreviation from the original name was retained. By the late 2000s, NEO had established itself as a leader in the Russian consulting market.
Over the years, our expertise has grown across industries and service areas. 2015 – Ranked among the top 3 firms in technology and cost auditing (a position we continue to hold). 2016 – Named Best Technical Consultant in PPP at the ROSINFRA National Awards. 2018 – Began partnerships with regional Development Corporations2021 – Honored for Contribution to Russian Agricultural Export Development.
